Management, made system.
Loose tools and improvised process are expensive. Pentas builds the system to fit and runs the management around it — the parts start talking to each other.
Three fronts, one contract.
Hiring Pentas means you no longer have to stitch together an accountant, an agency and a developer.
Business administration
Admin routine, process and control. We take on the operation that eats your day and hand it back organised. Method before tooling.
Digital assets
Domains, systems, accounts and data. A digital asset with no owner becomes a liability: we run it, keep it current and answer for it.
Software and services
Custom systems, websites and integrations. We build what doesn't exist off the shelf and keep it running after delivery.
Five parts, one system.
The Pentas symbol is five modules that never touch. The gaps at the corners are the joints — where the parts integrate. Each value below is one of those modules.
- 01
Structure
Method before tooling. Every solution starts by organising the problem.
- 02
Integration
The parts talk to each other. No islands — the value is in the connection.
- 03

Today's technology, built to last and to evolve.
- 04
Dedication
Made to measure. The system adapts to the business, not the other way round.
- 05
Reliability
A system you can count on, every single day.

Penta means five.
Pentas started from a simple observation: most businesses don't need another tool. They need the ones they already have to talk to each other.
The name comes from penta — five. The symbol is five independent parts that together form a single system. The corners deliberately don't meet: the gaps are the joints. One module steps out of the graphite and takes on colour — that's the system in operation.
We speak like an engineer who understands business. Direct, no empty jargon, no promise we can't hold up.
Dedicated, integrated, current.
Let's look at your operation.
You describe how the business runs today. We tell you where the bottleneck is and what can become a system — including when the answer is that it isn't worth it.
